We like the art of propaganda. We like Star Wars. So when we saw these propaganda posters we were much admiring.

And then we started looking around and found a whole pile more retro propaganda for the modern age.

Like this.

And this.

And then, just as we were getting bored of the whole retro thing (yeah, the social media stuff was pretty pointless), we found this:

And that’s cute.

Kristine produced a beautiful bit of work for Lewis Carrol’s Three Cats nonsense story. You can find it here.

Thanks Kristine! Good luck in Germany.

Provokateur's done some cute work for the fine folk at Cloudreach to help people get to grips with Google Apps.

Not everything Provokateur does is about charities… Recently we’ve been working with Google on the marketing for their Google Apps business product (see previous posts) as well as with the nice people at Cloudreach, who help companies get onto the Google Apps system in the first place.

Our in-house illustrator, the foolishly talented Darren, produced a range of posters which make the technology of Google Apps feel remarkably approachable. People seem to be very appy with them. (‘Appy’? ‘Happy’? Geddit?!)

Some time ago Provokateur created the brand and marketing for Women for Women's 'On The Bridge' campaign. It was a pleasure to find ourselves asked to work with this amazing organisation again on the website. Which just went live.

The site is a snappy piece of work with some rather clever social media widgets embedded into it.

Built using the Ning social networking platform, the site enables users to plan, organise and manage Women for Women events as well as ensuring full compatibility with Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. There’s some nifty stuff going on with maps and videos but, hey, check it out for yourself. Here’s the link.

Last year’s ‘On The Bridge’ event was a massive success… Now with a spanking new site we hope this year’s will go even bigger.

Provokateur has been working with IFAW on the new site for nearly ten months and it’s been an epic project, involving a complete overhaul of content, design, user experience and functionality.
The result looks damn fine. And thanks to the back-end mastery of the clever people at Jackson River, it works a dream too.
